Welcome to Bradley Fitness! I have been helping clients transform their lives through fitness and healthy lifestyle choices since 2010. As an outdoor enthusiast with a life long involvement in competitive sports and weightlifting, I’m always training towards my next fitness goal.

When it comes to fitness and reaching your goals, here’s what I believe in:

That last point I can’t stress enough. That truly is our ultimate goal. I want you to feel confident in how you look and feel – but also confident about fitness – knowing what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and that you can achieve your goals. 

I travel to clients homes in Westport, Wilton, Norwalk, Weston, New Canaan, Darien, Stamford & Greenwich. Most of my clients are busy professionals and even busier moms - so I’m used to working around schedules and toddlers and toys. All I ask of you is that for one hour you put your distractions aside as best you can and focus on your workout – and after I leave, be mindful of your daily habits and share them with me so we can tackle any obstacles head on.

All my workout programs are tailored to meet my client’s individual needs and aspirations, and incorporate the latest health and fitness science.
