Your personal trainer in Southwest Connecticut. I have been helping clients transform their lives through fitness and healthy lifestyle choices since 2010. As an outdoor enthusiast with a life long involvement in weightlifting and competitive sports, I’m always training towards my next fitness goal.

When it comes to fitness and reaching your goals, here’s what I believe in:

The power of simplicity. The importance of consistency. And confidence changes everything.

That last point I can’t stress enough and really is our ultimate goal. I want you to feel confident in how you look and feel, of course – but also confident about fitness – knowing what you are doing, why you are doing it, and that your goals are achievable. 

The client I’m looking for is simple: You have a clear goal, you are willing to put in the work, and you have a good attitude about it. All my training programs are tailored to meet my client’s individual needs, and incorporate the latest health and fitness science.
