Personal Training

 In-home personal training is the fitness solution to your busy or private lifestyle. Workout in the comfort of your own home or apartment gym. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, lose weight or get toned – I’ll get you on a fitness plan designed just for you. I train clients in lower Fairfield County from Westport to Greenwich.


One-On-One Personal Training

Working one-on-one with a personal trainer is the safest and most effective way to reach your fitness goals. This program starts with a full body assessment, including testing for balance, posture, strength, flexibility and coordination. Based on your fitness assessment, your goals and your health history, I then develop your custom workout program.

Couples Training

Also known as couples therapy. Sign up for couples training to sweat it out with your significant other for an extra dose of motivation or some friendly competition! It’s ok if you’re fitter than your partner, don’t leave them on the couch. Workouts and exercises can be modified for any fitness level.

Bridal Boot Camp

Look and feel your best when saying “I Do” with the BFit Bridal Boot Camp – a personal training program designed to blast body fat quickly and tone target areas like the arms, shoulders and back. One-on-one or couples training packages are available for the bride-to-be, groom-to-be, or the happy couple.

Group Training

Group training is three or more people, looking for the camaraderie of a group class with the foundations of one-on-one training, in a way that is more cost effective for each person. Instead of being your personal trainer, I will be the group’s coach, while the participants work on different exercises at their own rate of intensity and ability.

Pre/Postnatal Training

In-home pre and postnatal personal training for new moms and the expecting. Exercising during pregnancy reduces stress, relieves aches and pains, and helps your body prepare physically for birth.  Plus, it will be much easier to get back in shape after your baby is born.

I will ensure you are doing the right exercises during each trimester, with proper technique and form, so you can stay safe, healthy and active throughout your entire pregnancy. Always consult with your doctor first.
